Erin Venker, MA, LPCC provides board-approved supervision for clinicians pursuing Minnesota LPC/LPCC licensure. Supervision can address the requirements of licensure while also providing focused support with OCD, anxiety, ERP, case formulation, and evidence-based clinical work.

You do not need to be pursuing licensure to participate in clinical consultation. Supervision is specifically for clinicians who need qualifying supervision as part of their professional licensure path.

Best when you want help thinking through cases, treatment decisions, or places where you feel stuck in the clinical work.
Licensure Supervision
Best when you need formal supervision toward licensure and want OCD and anxiety expertise incorporated into that relationship.
Not sure? If you need qualifying hours toward licensure, you are looking for supervision. If you primarily want support with clinical cases and treatment decisions, consultation is usually the better fit.
